리더스의 UC 편입 보장 프로그램은 TOEFL 점수 없이 4~5년 만에 미국의 서부 명문 University of Carolina의 Irvine, Davis, Riverside, Santa Barbara, Merced, Santa Cruz 등 명문 7개 campus로 편입하여 졸업을 목표로 하는 지원자를 위한 프로그램이다. 편입하고자 하는 UC Campus에 따라 CC와 어학기관을 추천하고 공백기간 없이 학업을 이어갈 수 있도록 일정을 짠다.

UC는 캘리포니아 주 소재의 CC에서 편입 인정 학점 30점 이상을 이수하고 일정 학점을 유지한다면 위의 캠퍼스로의 편입을 보장하는데, 이를 UC TAG (Transfer Admission Guarantee) 프로그램이라 한다. 일단 CC에 등록한 후 TAG 프로그램을 희망하는 학생들은 소정의 학점을 이수하고 난 후 언제든 편입 지망 캠퍼스 카운슬러와 수시로 클래스 스케줄 및 성적에 대해 상의하고 조언을 받을 수 있다.
모든 캠퍼스 공통으로 UC편입 지원 시, 60 학점 이상 이수되어야 하며, 전 해 TAG 프로그램 지원 시 최소 30학점의 편입 인정 학점을 취득한 상태이어야 한다. 또한 전공별 선수 과목이 있을 수 있고, 캠퍼스에 따라 경쟁률이 높은 전공은 별도의 심사과정이 따를 수도 있다.
